Overview
Our Antarctica Expedition Program is an immersive 13-day adventure designed specifically for teens aged 12-16 who are passionate about exploration, wildlife, and environmental science. Held in Ushuaia, Argentina, and the Antarctic Peninsula during Spring or 2027, this program combines 4 days of educational sea crossings with onboard lectures and citizen science at the Drake Passage with 4 days of thrilling excursions across Antarctica's iconic landscapes.
Key Features
Intensive STEM Learning (Days 3-4 & 9-19): Dive into polar education with daily onboard sessions, including lectures on Antarctic wildlife, photography, citizen science programs, seabird and whale spotting, and interactive discussions. Culminate with reflections on environmental conservation and motivation from expedition experts.
Exciting Antarctic Excursions (Days 5-8): Explore the Antarctic Peninsula with zodiac landings and cruises, visiting sites like Cuverville Island, Neko Harbour, Paradise Bay, Danco Island, Lemaire Channel, Port Charcot, Deception Island, and Half Moon Island (weather permitting). Zodiac cruising and farewell landings add extra magic with potential iceberg, seal, and penguin encounters.
Safety and Comfort First: Safety and Comfort First: Supervised by dedicated chaperones (male and female, with a teacher-student ratio of 1-8), with shared ship accommodations, all meals included, and transportation via expedition vessel. We prioritize a supportive environment for personal growth and fun, including safety drills and team briefings.

You'll also delve into sustainability challenges in polar exploration, discovering innovative ways to balance resource use, environmental health, and the well-being of our planet and future generations.

Beyond the onboard lectures, our program features thrilling Antarctic excursions: spot penguins at Cuverville Island or Neko Harbour, cruise through Lemaire Channel, explore Deception Island's volcanic sites, and optional zodiac adventures for whale watching and iceberg encounters for an unforgettable mix of nature and education.

Specializing in STEM and space initiatives, he has organized global high-impact programs for students, including immersive space camps in Thailand and international trips.

Flights
Return economy class airfare to Ushuaia from one of our hubs is included in the price. Students will fly with a chaperone from one of our main hub airports to Argentina and back again
